Clinical Psychologist - MClinPsych, DipProfPsych, BPsych

Theo is a dedicated clinical psychologist, Sutherland Shire local, and soon-to-be father of two. When he’s not in the therapy room, he can often be found in the ocean at dawn, chasing waves before the day begins. Surfing has always been a great reminder that sometimes the best approach is to go with the flow rather than fight against it.

He brings that same philosophy into his work, helping clients navigate life’s unpredictability with flexibility, resilience, and self-compassion. Whether someone is facing a personal challenge, feeling stuck, or striving for growth, Theo provides guidance and support tailored to their unique journey.

Beyond psychology, he has a passion for diving, climbing and fast motorbikes and enjoys the occasional (over)ambitious lap on the racetrack—because pushing limits, whether on the track or in life, is how growth happens.

At the heart of Theo’s practice is a deep belief in the power of connection, honest conversations, and practical strategies. He understands that life is messy, and sometimes unpredictable—and he’s here to help clients navigate it with clarity and confidence.

Theo has worked in non-government organisations, corporate firms, private practice, and various men's and women's correctional centres across NSW, where he has delivered seminars focused on rehabilitation, reintegration, and personal responsibility. Theo is dedicated to helping individuals achieve long-term change by tailoring treatment to their unique needs. He works with adolescents and adults, with a special interest in trauma and anxiety. His therapeutic approach emphasises uncovering the deeper origins of presenting issues, enabling clients to build a strong foundation for healing. His structured, practical interventions provide strategies that clients can apply from their very first session.

Theo is also committed to providing high standards of professional education to other clinicians and has provided training to other health professionals in areas such as mental health, grief and loss, anxiety management, and motivational interviewing. He is an Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency Psychology Board approved supervisor and a keen mentor to early stage and career psychologists. He earned his Bachelor of Psychology, receiving an Executive Dean’s Award, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma of Professional Psychology and a Master of Clinical Psychology with Distinction.
